Viatom Checkme Max with Celeste App

Your two-night Home Sleep Test will be conducted using the Viatrom Checkme Max device while paired via bluetooth with the Celeste App.

Please follow the user guide for the Celeste App HERE or watch the instruction video on this page prior to starting your first night.

  • THE SETUP / CLINIC CODE FOR OWN SLEEP IS 10003.

  • ONLY USE YOUR LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME

  • SPELL YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME CORRECTLY

  • ENTER IT CORRECTLY (EG: John Brown) - ENTER IT WITH THE FIRST LETTER OF YOUR NAMES ENTERED CAPITALIZED (NOT ALL CAPS / NOT ALL LOWERCASE)

  • PLEASE VERIFY YOU'RE ENTERING YOUR DATE OF BIRTH CORRECTLY
