We receive and process direct referrals for Home Sleep Testing from healthcare providers. This saves time and money for the patients, and gets results back to the referring provider faster. NOTE: We do have Board Certified Sleep Physicians who are able to provide Telemedicine Consultations.

Once received, your office will be provided with a referral confirmation fax as well as any applicable status updates - including cancelation or delay of testing by the patient.

We verify all applicable insurance benefits and obtain necessary prior authorizations. Patients are provided with full good-faith estimates prior to scheduling and will be quoted both insurance and self pay pricing.

We pride ourselves on having affordable and accessible self pay rates. These rates are all-inclusive with no hidden fees or bills later. All patients, regardless of insurance, will also be quoted our self pay rate so they can make the best financial decision for their healthcare.

Our Home Sleep Test is shipped directly to your patient’s front door. The two (2) night test measures multiple channels with accurate and reliable results which are manually scored by licensed Polysomnographic Technologiests and review by Board Certified Sleep Physicians.

Results are available within two (2) business days of our office receiving the device back from the patient. When results are ready, a copy will be faxed to your office and the patient will be notified that results are ready.

Should the patient be diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, the faxed results will include a pre-populated order for AutoCPAP therapy with all settings and configurations properly marked. A signature from the ordering provider is all that is needed before faxing to a DME provider for setup.
