A simple repeat Home Sleep Apnea Test to reconfirm diagnosis and severity will ensure we are sending you the right CPAP equipment.

Once completed, we can get you onto a new CPAP.

Please note that while we are in-network with Medicare and some Medicaid plans for your new Home Sleep Apnea Test, we will need to coordinate your equipment setup with a third party equipment provider. If you have transferred to a Medicare or Medicaid plan since your initial CPAP setup with Own Sleep, please let a Patient Coordinator know when they contact you to schedule.

    GET A REFERRAL

    We can request a Home Sleep Test referral from your Primary Care Doctor or schedule an easy Telemedicine Appointment with one of our Board Certified Sleep Physician.

    COMPLETE YOUR HOME SLEEP TEST

    Shipped to your home, our easy-to-wear Home Sleep Test fits on your wrist and finger; allowing us to re-confirm your diagnosis and severity, ensuring we provide you with the correct settings and equipment.

  • STEP 3

    SETUP YOUR NEW AUTO-CPAP

    Your new AutoCPAP setup is delivered pre-programmed and ready to use! Your old device can be kept for a backup or travel.
