Recall Device Replacement
**PLEASE READ THE BELOW DETAILS REGARDING THE REPLACEMENT OF YOUR DREAMSTATION DEVICE.
(1) You must bring your recalled PAP device at your scheduled appointment time. This includes the PAP device and humidifier. If you do not have your recalled device at the time of the appointment, you will not be able to receive a replacement device.
(2) You must schedule an appointment for your device swap. We are not allowing walk-in appointments.
(3) Free 15-minute appointments with a Sleep Coach to review the DreamStation2 device are being offered. This is not required, but encouraged.
