• You will receive a confirmation email the day your kit ships with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

• You will sleep with the Home Sleep Test the same night you receive it, the next night, and return it to a UPS Store the following day.

• A pre-paid UPS return label is included in your kit.

• Once the kit is received back, our team will contact you with the results and send a copy to your referring healthcare provider.
